Sacristans:
Arrive early to carefully set up the sanctuary, arrange the liturgical books, the vestments, and other things (chalices, purificators, ciboria, etc.) necessary in the celebration of the Mass and clean up after Mass by putting away vessels, etc.

Ushers & Greeters:
Arrive early to greet and seat attendees.  Manage the Collection baskets.  Assist with the flow of Communion.  Distribute the bulletins as attendees exit after mass.

Lectors:
Share the readings and psalms with the congregation.

Extraordinary Ministers:
Aid in the distribution of the host & wine durign Communion.

Altar Servers:
Support the priest at the altar by fetching and carrying, ringing the altart bell, among other things.
